Over the weekend at duck and cover, the first full screen screen shots of Fallout: New Vegas appeared.
Looking at them it seems the new developer Obsidian Entertainment seem to be making this outing in the wastelands a lot more colourful and comical. This with the addition to a new location and new enemies will be a welcome addition and will hopfully make this feel like a whole new game and not just an expansion pack.
Also one of the screens shows a companion command menu, again, a welcome addition to the game. There was nothing worse than trying to sneak past a group of super mutants and Fawkes would charge towards them and start shooting thus dragging you in to a fight you didn’t want.
One thing these screens does not show is anything from the strip in Vegas which i am looking forward to seeing.
